Service Description

Have an upcoming festival, touch-a-truck, community or school event?! Wheel in some fun with the Uhlman's Ice Cream truck! We are a miniature shop on wheels available to rent for all public events. Pricing breakdown: $200+tax due NOW to hold booking slot, this is a rental fee. There is a 100 serving minimum. Any shortages of this minimum will be invoiced AFTER your event.

Cancellation Policy

***A $150 event booking fee is required for the deposit. This booking fee is fully refundable up until 1 week of your scheduled event. Within 1 week of your booked event the deposit is 50% refundable, or 100% may be applied to the event fee for a future event scheduled within the current calendar year. Any event cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled event time will forfeit the event fee, or 100% may be applied to the event fee for a future event scheduled within the current calendar year. Re-booking with a carry over deposit may only occur once per carry over. ***A travel fee may apply to your event. Our standard service area is within 12 miles or 15 minutes of the store's location. Beyond this distance (we use Google maps FASTEST route) you will be charged a $50 travel fee. ***This service is a 1hr service. Our drivers will make every attempt to arrive 10-15 minutes early if the booking schedule allows. Additional time may be scheduled at a rate of $50/additional hour (this includes additional time requested for setups).
