Service Description

$8 per serving + $150 Event fee*. (Travel fee may apply) 35 serving minimum required. 14 of our most requested flavors included. One hour of Uhlman’s scooper service. Full Sundae Bar including Fudge, Caramel, Whipped Cream, Rainbow & Chocolate Sprinkles, Gummy Bears, Oreos® and mini M&M's®. Pricing breakdown: $150+tax due NOW to hold booking slot, this is a rental fee. Per serving total will be invoiced AFTER your event. There is a 35 serving minimum. You will be charged a minimum of $280 for ice cream served.

Cancellation Policy

***A $150 event booking fee is required for the deposit. This booking fee is fully refundable up until 1 week of your scheduled event. Within 1 week of your booked event the deposit is 50% refundable, or 100% may be applied to the event fee for a future event scheduled within the current calendar year. Any event cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled event time will forfeit the event fee, or 100% may be applied to the event fee for a future event scheduled within the current calendar year. Re-booking with a carry over deposit may only occur once per carry over. ***A travel fee may apply to your event. Our standard service area is within 12 miles or 15 minutes of the store's location. Beyond this distance (we use Google maps FASTEST route) you will be charged a $50 travel fee. ***This service is a 1hr service. Our drivers will make every attempt to arrive 10-15 minutes early if the booking schedule allows. Additional time may be scheduled at a rate of $50/additional hour (this includes additional time requested for setups).
